Where We Deliver

We deliver to all districts across Bangladesh. Whether you are in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, or anywhere else — we have got you covered.

Delivery Times

— Inside Dhaka: 1–2 business days

— Outside Dhaka: 2–3 business days

Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Cost

— Inside Dhaka: ৳60

— Outside Dhaka: ৳120

Free shipping may be available during promotional campaigns. Check the product page or banner for current offers.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp or SMS with your tracking details. You can also contact us directly for updates.

Cash on Delivery

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Bangladesh. Partial advance payment may be required for orders above ৳3,000 to confirm your order.

We also accept bKash, Nagad, and card payments for advance payment.

What If I Am Not Home?

Our delivery partner will attempt to reach you by phone before delivery. If delivery fails on the first attempt, a second attempt will be made within 24 hours. After two failed attempts, the order may be returned and restocking fees may apply.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 24 hours with a photo or video. We will arrange a replacement or refund — no questions asked.
