6-Month Replacement Warranty on All Products
Every ZapClean product is backed by a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery. If your product has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it — free of charge.
What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Motor or electronic component failure under normal use
- Product not functioning as described
What Is Not Covered
- Physical damage caused by drops, impact, or misuse
- Water damage beyond the product's intended use
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading)
- Damage caused by using incorrect voltage or power source
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

We verify and ship your replacement within 2-3 business days
Important Notes
- Warranty is valid for 6 months from the date of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number or WhatsApp confirmation) is required
- Replacement products carry the remaining warranty of the original purchase
- Shipping for warranty replacements is covered by ZapClean inside Dhaka. Outside Dhaka, return shipping is shared
Refund Policy
If a replacement is not available, we will offer a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
